To get started, users to sign up and create a HOV user ID. Once registered, users can switch roles as either Tenants or Owners.

1. Tenants can evaluate and apply ‘Ratings’ for the services provided by the property owners on communication, property maintenance, and overall experience and etc.

2. Owners can evaluate and apply ‘Ratings’ for the services provided by the tenants on communication, property maintenance, overall experience and etc.

All ratings through ‘Ratings’ functionality are voluntary and self verified by the users. Ratings areand updated periodically to reflect ongoing service interaction between the users helping to ensure credibility for both parties.

How It Works?

Quick Registration

Start by signing up using your mobile number. You’ll receive an OTP to verify your identity. Once verified, choose your role as a tenant to access a wide range of rental listings.

Smart Property Search

Browse homes, PGs, or commercial spaces using advanced filters like budget, location, amenities, and ratings. Our built-in map shows nearby facilities—like schools and hospitals—and auto-detects your current location to personalize your search.

Get Verified

Interested in a property? Submit your details to Owner through ‘Tenancy Request’. The owner reviews and either approves or declines your request. After approval, the owner’s contact details will be accessible, allowing both parties to engage discussions and finalize Tenancy Enrollment.

Confirm Tenancy Enrollment

Schedule a property visit. After you're satisfied, you or the owner can initiate the rental. Finalize the start and end dates, then confirm with an Acceptance Code or via the in-app QR scan system for secure and instant closure.

Share Ratings

Leave feedback about your experience. Ratings from both sides help improve future matches, build credibility, and increase trust in the community. Ratings update periodically based on rental duration.

Register and Get Verified

Start by creating your hovee-Rent account using your mobile number. You'll receive a one-time OTP to verify your identity. Once verified, select your role as a property owner to begin your journey with us.

List Your Property

Upload your property details (Home, Commercial, or PG), including photos, features, and amenities. Our admin team reviews and double-verifies both the property and your ownership before it's published. Once approved, you can set it to “Go Live.” Live’, which will be shown to all users.

Review Tenancy Requests

Get notified when tenants express interest. Review their verified profiles and decide whether to accept or reject based on your preferences. Once approved, your contact information becomes visible to the selected tenant.

Confirm Tenancy Enrollment

After the tenant visits and agrees, either party can initiate Tenancy Enrollment. Finalize the rental term, confirm with a secure Acceptance Code, or use our QR code system for quick, in-person confirmation—all within the app.

Rate & Build Reputation

Our unique rating system allows both owners and tenants to leave feedback after the rental period. Ratings are updated periodically, ensuring transparency and long-term accountability. High ratings increase trust and visibility on the platform.
